Hi, I’m Carolina Cruz, the founder of Ease and Elevate. I started this business after spending over a decade as a career nanny — working hands-on in households, supporting families, and keeping day-to-day life running smoothly behind the scenes.
Over the years, I saw firsthand just how much goes into managing a home — the invisible labor, the coordination, the constant list of to-dos. I wasn’t just caring for children; I was helping entire households stay organized, functional, and calm.
